Mayan Architecture

During the peak of Mayan society, architecture became very important. Some important building structures are Mayan pyramids and the palace building. These gigantic structures were built in different ways. The pyramids were built with stone blocks weighing thousands of pounds. Also, the palace was built with many blocks of stone as well. This majestic structure still stands today.
